- 1 tomato, sliced
- 6 olives
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil
- 2 cups of spinach or 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toss the olive oil with the spinach or romaine lettuce and salt and pepper.
- Top with pepperoni slices, tomato slices, and the olives.
